Life Form is a workplace environment and employee performance and wellbeing consultancy. We assess and redesign physical workspaces to support and optimize human performance, drawing on environmental design, neuro-architecture, and organizational psychology.

The Website provides general information about our services, methodology, published insights, and case studies.

  • The environmental assessment framework, including the categories of environmental levers described on this Website

  • Published articles, case study content, and original research summaries

  • All visual and graphic design elements of the Website

You may view, download, and print pages from this Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way  you do not use any illustrations, photographs, video/audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, or incorporation into any other work or publication — requires our prior written consent.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our Website must always be acknowledged. You must not delete or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this Site.

‘Life Form’ is a trademark of Life Form (registration pending with IP Australia). Other trade marks, service marks, and logos appearing on this Website may be the property of their respective owners. Our Website is directed to users who are residing in and using this Website within Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law for a failure to comply with a guarantee that cannot be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded, we limit our liability to the fullest extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law.
